The Chancery Rosewood, 30 Grosvenor Square, London is a Grade II Listed building and is situated within the Mayfair Conservation Area within the City of Westminster.

Vincent and Partners have been appointed as CMT Executive Architect as part of the Client Team for the fit-out works.

The redevelopment scheme has been designed by David Chipperfield Architects and revives the former American Embassy originally designed by Eero Saarinen.

The completed shell and core works include retention of the existing facades and first floor diagrid structure. Extensive new works including new basement floors, new internal structure and additional floors.

The fit-out includes 144 guest rooms, five restaurants, five flagship retail units, a spa and a 800 person ballroom. The project also include significant public realm improvements.
