Our role
We were appointed as CMT Executive Architect as part of the client team. This is a specialist role for which we have particular expertise. It typically involves ensuring a project adheres to the client's requirements and design specifications throughout its lifecycle. This role is distinct from the design architect and focuses on quality control, compliance, and project oversight.

Championing the client
This building has historical and architectural significance. The completed shell and core works included retention of the existing facades and extensive new works included new basement floors, new internal structure and additional floors. The fit-out included creating 144 guest bedrooms and suites, five restaurants, five flagship retail units, a spa and a ballroom. The project also include significant public realm improvements.
