Project Spotlight: Urban Renaissance

Only two weeks to go until the Insider Media Property Awards, next up in our project spotlight series is Urban Renaissance.

Tucked within the Fulford Conservation Area and situated between two listed buildings, this high-quality development of four family homes is arranged in a mews style arrangement that traces Ousefield House's original boundary line - a deliberate move to keep the site's layered history legible within its new layout.

Each property was designed with sustainability in mind, utilising traditional chimney stacks as a means of integrating mechanical ventilation into the design and ensuring the use of renewable technologies was considered from the offset, minimising visual impact on the sensitive setting.
