Watkinsons Shoes, Goodramgate - Submission for Planning and Listed Building Consent

We are excited to announce that proposals to rework Watkinsons Shoes’ Goodramgate premises have been submitted for planning and listed building consent. 

The proposed changes will provide a new shopfront (reflecting the history of the site), improve the internal layout, create new courtyards and provide a new home in a desirable location through the conversion of part of the premises. 

This project has been a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the heritage of York and our client to improve an existing building for the long-term sustainability of a local business. We look forward to seeing how the application progresses.
