Refurbishment of landmark Mayfair serviced apartments
Grosvenor House Suites is located on the corner of Park Lane and Mount Street, in the heart of Mayfair, London. It is a 130-unit, luxury serviced apartments with a 24-hour fitness suite and a resident-only restaurant. This project included the refurbishment of public areas, alterations to the existing concierge reception area and guest corridors as well as the conversion of one suite into a cigar shop.
About our client

The Qatar Investment Authority is Qatar's sovereign wealth fund, founded by the State of Qatar in 2005 to strengthen the country's economy by diversifying into new asset classes.
Our role
We developed the RIBA Stage 3 design intent into a detailed plan suitable for tender and subsequent construction. This included finalising the design, cost, and specifications, developing detailed drawings and schedules, and preparing tender documentation to guide the selection of contractors and the subsequent construction process.
