Urban Renaissance

Located in the conservation area of Fulford, York, much care and attention went into the detailed design of each unique plot. We are pleased to share a selection of professional photos by Mulgrave Property Group, alongside some of our own technical drawings. 

The proposed scheme reinterprets the forms of the neighbouring, Grade II listed Ousefield House and surrounding context, with a palette of zinc and timber cladding, juxtaposed against brick-gabled elevations that reference those found on Ousefield House.

Each property was designed with sustainability in mind and incorporate modern technologies within the heritage setting, utilising traditional chimney stacks as a means of integrating mechanical ventilation into the design.
