Project Spotlight: Trinity Houses

Continuing our countdown to the InsiderMedia Property Awards, the next project in our spotlight series is Trinity Houses – the adaptive reuse of a former church hall in Harrogate.

Located within the Harrogate Conservation Area, visible from The Stray and adjacent to The Oval Trinity Houses are flanked by two Grade II listed buildings – Trinity Methodist Church and Trinity Church House. The project transforms the former Trinity Church Hall into two exceptional homes designed for the later-living market.

What makes this project stand out is that it’s a real exemplar of adaptive reuse – extending the life of a historic building through sensitive and purposeful change of use. Its success reflects the strength of collaboration between the architectural team, conservation officer, consultants and contractors.

This project is shortlisted for the Residential Development of the Year category.
