Deighton Hall Site Visit

Site Progress at Deighton Hall

A peak behind the scenes at our project in York!

The project consists of the renovation and conversion of a listed hall and two associated barns.

We had the opportunity to walk the site last week and were pleased to see the project moving steadily towards completion!

Listed building consent to renovate beautiful farmhouseThis listed property was in a state of disrepair when the owner, a local farmer, approached us. He wanted us to design a scheme and secure planning permission and listed building consent so he could then sell it on to a developer to build the scheme out. The site included a farmhouse and a set of lovely, threshing barns and other outbuildings. Our longstanding clients, the owners of Orchard Developments, bought the site and retained us to complete the project.
