Lavender Fields Care Village

About our client 
Park Lane Healthcare is an innovative later living developer at the forefront of their sector. They were one of the first operators to develop a care village concept. The concept is for the care village to feel like any other village, with a real pub, café and village shop, a gym, hairdressers and cinema room. There are privately owned properties on site for those in  good health and care services for those who need them, including on-site domiciliary care and a residential care home. 
 

Our role 
The care village site was an old chicken farm in open countryside. This presented challenges for planners, not least because later living development are usually close to town centres. In this latest development, we are working to gain planning approval to add up to 100 additional bungalows to the village. 
 

Brining a concept to life 
Our client puts their heart and soul into their later living developments making them somewhere people want to live and want to visit. We find it deeply rewarding to work on this type of project, helping our client bring their concept to life.
