Two apartments and one 2-bed house replaced a disused commercial building located to the rear of Rosslyn Street, Clifton.
The client presented us with a challenging site due to restricted access down a Victorian cobbled ginnel with existing residential properties in close proximity. We overcame the access issues to provide three new modern homes, to a high standard, in a city centre location.
The Vincent & Partners team successfully gained planning consent and oversaw the project from RIBA stages 1 - 6 - coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the final products for open market sales.
