The team successfully obtained planning consent for the change of use and conversion of a former office building into 9 apartments located in Acomb, York.
Works included a contemporary modernisation of the existing building with an additional level being provided within the roof space and an increased footprint via a 4 storey rear extension.
The Vincent & Partners team oversaw the project from RIBA stages 1 - 6 - coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the final products for open market sales.
