The Old Fire Station has been entered into 4 categories including 'Best Regeneration Scheme' and 'Best Apartment Scheme' at the prestigious What House 2020 Awards to be held this November. Commonly known as ‘The Oscars of the UK housebuilding industry’, the What House Awards is the country’s largest event that celebrates the very best in new homes. This year marks its 40th anniversary.

The Awards Gala Presentation takes place in London on 3rd Friday in November, with more than 1,700 people attending (albeit remotely) and winners being announced in a wide range of categories. This year the Vincent & Brown team will be tuning in from the office to watch with bated breath!

Situated within York’s Central Conservation Area, The Old Fire Station is an exceptional new development of luxury apartments, seamlessly fusing contemporary design within a historic framework. Sympathetically crafted and designed to exacting standards, the apartments and townhouses retain character features indicative of the Victorian era, including arched windows and high ceilings. Encapsulating the very best of city centre living, this exceptional scheme delivers sustainability at the very heart of the project.
