We Have Gained Planning Approval for the Conversion of Beechwood Close Hotel!

We recently gained a planning approval for the conversion of Beechwood Close Hotel, York, into a single dwelling.

Originally Rose Villa, this prominent local landmark building is situated in the Clifton Conservation Area, Shipton Road, York.

The planning process was relatively smooth, with the final approved scheme significantly increasing of internal floor area of the property, following collaborative negotiations with the planning department.

Unsympathetic extensions are to be removed, better revealing the property’s original character. The proposals include the restoration of this Victorian property back into a family home, including in-depth repair and renovation works and replacement extensions.
