We are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist, or similar, to join our very busy small works team in our York office. You will be working on an interesting and varied range of projects from small domestic projects, up to medium housebuilder sites, and everything in between.

This is a hands-on role, working through all RIBA Work Stages, including managing clients, planning applications, building control and contract administration.

We are looking for a confident multi-tasker proficient in Autocad, with Revit as a bonus. Photoshop and InDesign skills would be also be a bonus!

The ideal candidate will have experience of submitting and managing planning applications; a good knowledge of the Building Regulations; York Design Code and experience of the tender process. Skills and experience are more valued than qualifications.
