It was great to read Richard Waite's article in AJ What we learned from UKREiiF: ‘The industry is frustrated'.

This was our first adventure at UKREiiF and we talked to lots and lots of people during our panel discussion that Richard chaired, at other sessions and while out and about at the event.

Richard reflects back the views of many at UKREiiF that the planning system, interest rates and access to finance and macroeconomic confidence remain real issues.

The word "sticky" was used in the article to describe this year. We agree. We also found inspiration at UKREiiF, real excitement and energy. We're looking forward to next year's event already.
