Promotion News!

We're really pleased to announce that Dan Wood has been promoted to Associate at Vincent & Partners!

This is a well-deserved promotion that recognises the work Dan does within the practice. He has contributed to a number of heritage projects at both planning and construction stages, including securing planning consent to convert the former Beechwood Hotel, within the Clifton Conservation Area, into a grand private residence, and delivering the Grade II Listed Deighton Hall alongside the conversion of its accompanying barns into three new dwellings.

Dan has also overseen the recent completion of the new donations centre at Marrtree Business Park for St Leonard's Hospice — an important fit-out project for the York-based hospice and charity.

Alongside his commitment to projects and clients, Dan has been building new connections at networking events and takes a leading role in business development within the practice.

As we welcome Dan into the management team, this promotion is a testament to his outstanding contribution. Congratulations, Dan!
