Project Spotlight: St Leonard's Hospice

As we count down to the Insider Media Awards, we’re taking a closer look at one of our shortlisted projects – the transformation of two vacant industrial units at Marrtree Business Park into a purpose-built operational hub for St Leonard's Hospice.

The new space brings together everything the charity needs under one roof, previously split across multiple sites; a donation centre, dedicated offices for the e-commerce, retail, and fundraising teams, as well as a brand-new retail centre.

What made this project special was the process throughout the feasibility and design stages. We worked closely with the retail and donation teams from the outset, shaping the design around their daily activities and operations – resulting in a space that’s genuinely built for them.

This project is currently shortlisted for Fit-Out of the Year – we’ll be cheering it on at the ceremony!
