Bramham House Redevelopment - Planning Submitted!
We’re pleased to share that our proposals for the redevelopment of Bramham House and its grounds in the historic village of Bramham has been submitted for planning.
The proposals, designed in collaboration with landscape architects Re-Form, include 47 new homes, extensive new landscaping and a reconstructed Bramham House at their core. The submitted scheme has been developed through extensive consultation with the local community and Leeds City Council planning department with designs influenced by the heritage of the site and the local vernacular within Bramham.
We have enjoyed the opportunities for community engagement on this project and hope that we can continue working together to successfully deliver the high-quality housing proposed. Alongside our clients Simpson and Bramham House Ltd, we look forward to a positive outcome and progressing the next steps in the much needed re-development of this site.
